With increasing of the standards of ambient air quality in China, the conventional flue gas purification system for dust is difficult to meet the more strict emission standards, especially the large flow coal-fired flue gas in coal-fired power plants, metallurgical and building materials industries, although collected by the electrostatic precipitators or bag type dust collector and wet desulfuration, the concentration of dust emission of flue gas droplet and fine dust particles at the end of the process are still higher than the standard 30mg/m3 or 20mg/m3. There is an urgent need of developing a high purifying and reliable principle and simple structure equipment that can also capture the droplet and fine dust particles in flue gas purification system terminal.Wet Vibration fiber grid dust collector who has advantages of high dust removal efficiency, small volume and low power consumption is widely used. The purify fiber grid dust removal technology is applied for the flue gas droplet and fine dust particles, for exploring a new technical approach to realize the standard of flue dust emission. This paper analyzed the fiber grating filter mist principle, mainly the common effect of inertial impaction and interception effect; studied fiber wetting, fiber vortex wake around fiber, fiber vibration on moist, except the enhancement effect of fog at the same time. Fiber grating mist principle and possible on demisting effect analysis based on the theory of enhancement effect, designed with hydrophilic, can produce Carmen vortex wake multi-layer fiber grid current and vibration experiment of removing system of fog.The experimental study on the effect of flow rate on the separation efficiency of each fiber grid The experimental results showed that the demisting efficiency from first to third fiber grid increased with the air velocity increasing when the wind speed at 2.5~4m/s. The highest demisting efficiency occurred when the flow velocity at 4m/s. The demisting efficiency decreasing with the gas velocity increased when the airflow speed at 4~5m/s; At the fourth fiber grid the demisting efficiency increasing with air velocity increased when wind speed at 2~3.5m/s. The highest demisting efficiency occurred when the flow velocity at3.5m/s. The demisting efficiency decreasing with the gas velocity increased when the airflow speed at 3.5~5m/s; When compared the demisting efficiency of each fiber grating, from front to back the demisting efficiency decreasing in turn. The demisting efficiency of first and second road is much higher than that of the third and fourth fiber grating; the experiment studied the effect of fiber grating layers on the demisting efficiency. The experimental results showed that the flow velocity measured, the more layers of fiber grating the higher demisting efficiency. When the flow velocity at 4m/s and only one fiber grating, demisting efficiency is only about 30%, when there are four fibers grating, in addition to its left and right fog efficiency can reach 70%; The experimental study on the effect of the droplet concentration on the separation efficiency of each fiber grating. The experimental results showed that the flow velocity measured, the larger the droplet concentration the higher demisting efficiency; The experimental study on the effect of air velocity, fiber grating layers on the fiber grid resistance. The experimental results showed that the larger air speed the greater the resistance; the more layers of fiber grating the greater the resistance.The results for the fiber grating on the design and manufacture of mist provides scientific basis, broaden the application field of wet fiber grid dust collector.
