The separation and purification of active ingredients in natural drug has been the obstacle in the process of traditional Chinese medicine internationalization as a result of the awfully complicated components of natural drug, apparently, it revealing influential researching significance and application value to achieve the separation and enrichment of active ingredients in natural drug. In this study, membrane separation technique was associated with molecular imprinting technique to prepare late-model molecularly imprinted membrane(MIM) that owing separation and recognition property to alkaloid Synephrine(SYN) and SYN hydrochloride respectively in organic system and aqueous system, achieved the realization of the application of MIM in organic system and aqueous system.1. With the adoption of in-situ crosslinking polymerization, MIM applied in organic system was prepared SYN as template molecule, MAA and HEA as functional monomers, EDGMA as crosslinking agent, AIBN as evocating agent and [Bmin]Br ionic liquid as solvent. Studied the influences of functional monomers, solvent types and crosslinking agent on the property of MIM. Explored the adsorption ability of MIM for SYN by static adsorption, researched and analysed the combination characteristics of MIM for SYN with Langmuir, Freundlich and Scatchard curves, and it was discovered that the infiltration mechanism of SYN in MIM belongs to preferential infiltration after infiltration experiments. The MIM Combined with solid phase extraction was applied to the separation and purification of SYN in the crude extracts of Aurantii Fructus Immaturus, the experiment results revealing that MIM possess good effects on the separation and purification for SYN.2. With the adoption of free radical crosslinking polymerization, MIM applied in aqueous system was prepared SYN hydrochloride as template molecule, MAA and HEA as functional monomers, MBA as crosslinking agent, potassium peroxydisulfate as evocating agent and [Bmin]Br together with water as solvent. Studied the influences of functional monomers, solvent types and crosslinking agent on the property of MIM. Explored the adsorption ability of MIM for SYN hydrochloride by static adsorption, researched and analysed the combination characteristics of MIM for SYN hydrochloride with Langmuir, Freundlich and Scatchard curves, and it was discovered that the infiltration mechanism of SYN hydrochloride in MIM belongs to preferential infiltration after infiltration experiments. The MIM Combined with solid phase extraction was applied to the separation and purification of SYN hydrochloride in the crude extracts of Aurantii Fructus Immaturus, the experiment results showing that the recoveries of SYN hydrochloride considerable, which corroborated that MIM provided a effective and feasible method for the separation and purification of the active ingredients in natural drug.
