Based on carbon fiber reinforced material, through the resin impregnation, molding and curing process, template, synthesized materials and water knife cutting into test using spline. The new add flame retardant carbon fiber composite material has good flame retardant effect, more and more get the attention of people, at the same time, flame retardant polymer materials research has important significance on social and economic. In this paper, the preparation and properties of composites containing flame retardants for the research of the system.In curing system was 60℃* 3 h+20 h+100℃ 140℃ by 3 h+180℃ under the condition of x 6 h, compared to two kinds of flame retardants dimethyl methyl phosphate (DMMP) and 503 to the resin material, the effect of experiment when joining the flame retardant properties of the carbon fiber material is analyzed, and on this basis, through the research of carbon fiber composite materials with tensile strength, bending strength, analysis the appropriate adding quantity were 10% and 20% respectively.Modified resin was studied with the kind and amount of catalyst, reaction time, the influence of reaction temperature on the reaction degree and found the quality such as dimethyl methyl phosphate (DMMP) catalytic effect is better than 503, and within a certain range increase of catalyst, improve the reaction temperature, can accelerate the reaction rate. Studied the modified double horse resin modified reaction kinetics, found that the reaction is first order reaction, and the reaction activation energy E=74.21 kJ/mol, frequency factor A=5.79s-1cThe addition of flame retardants to reduce the bending strength of the resin system. Tensile strength, elongation at break, with the increase of content of flame retardant, the first increases then decreases. When the fire retardant content is 10%~ 10%, resin system changed from brittle to ductile fracture form.Join the limit oxygen index of flame retardants can improve materials, according to the experimental study, DMMP addition amount of ten percent or more, flame retardant,503 when the addition amount of twenty percent or more, can make the flame retardant resin material reaches the limit oxygen index of flame retardant standard.
