In this dissertation, the preparation of ceramic infrared with tengger aeolian sand as raw materials, realated properties of archaize brick formula and related technology was studied. By laser particle size distribution test, XRD, SEM mechanical test, etc, and the related mechanism was analyzed. The conclusions of the dissertation were summarized as follows:(1) Aeolian sand can be used as a mineral raw materials of ceramic allocated with other minerals, by reasonable formula adjustment, preparation of the various performance good archaize brick building ceramics. Firing range in 1120-1180 ℃, bibulous rate is 0.5% 5%, the flexural strength in 30 to 55 Mpa, infrared emissivity is 0.87. The optimal formula of the aeolian sand content as high as 90%, sintering temperature in 1160 ℃ is optimal.(2)The characteristics of aeolian sand adverse to the body’s forming, by introducing different slurry deflocculation agent, body strengthening agent improved the flow of mud performance and green strength. Eventually body additives for 0.2% of the CMC and sodium silicate (1:1), green strength reaches 1 Mpa when the forming pressure reaches 30 mpa.(3) West mineral clay is introduced for preparation of archaize brick performance improvement, not only improved the liquidity of the mud and formability, and improved the sintering properties of products, infrared emission rate and thermodynamic performance.(4) The composition of aeolian sand content high silicon and low aluminum can replace quartz preparation of antique glaze, the higher concentration of Fe2O3 and TiO2 is good for natural color glaze, Aeolian sand used as glaze materials reached 40%.(5) The influence of archaize brick infrared emissivity of factors including the sintering temperature, and the main crystal phase of the lattice expansion, the lattice distortion. In firing range, the infrared emissivity with the increase of the temperature gradually was decreased, the size of the lattice expansion and aberration rate effect the infrared emission.(6) Experiment results show that microstructure main crystal phase is high quartzy archaize brick, as long as control suitable grain size and sintering condition, thermal and thermal shock resistance of materials can meet the requirements of building materials.Preparation of the function of infrared porcelain archaize brick by high content sand not only have the assistance to the health of human body, also opened up a new way for looking for alternative materials for Building ceramic industry, for reducing the waste of land resources and the desert resource utilization have a positive significance.
