Based On BioWin Software For AAO Process Optimization Design Studing

Using Biowin software to simulate the actual AAO process, can produce enormous economic effect. It can not only provide theoretical foundation for the process improved and optimized, but also can predict the treatment effects of the improved process.This thesis mainly study the traditional AAO process and use Biowin software to simulation. Then the simulation result contrast to the actual process and calibration.Through that, the fractional error between model and actual is within 10%. Finding that, the calibrational model has a well predicting practice function. Finally, according to the traditional AAO process exists defects, I improved the traditional AAO processing model to tap water converting AAO process model and contrast to it. Finding that, the improved precess modei enffluent achieves much better effects such as shorten HRT, enhance N and P disposing ability and so on.It can provides reliably theoretical foundation for improving the actual process.This study combines with a wastewater treatment plant using AAO process in Suzhou Industrial Park. Using Biowin software can predict this plant future water quality variation and provide theoretical reference have practical significance. And this study can be a typical case for other process improving.
