The Impact Evaluation Of The Landscape River Construction On The Urban Ecological Civilization

Along with the promoting and construction of the modern city, planning and designing of the river landscape, the impact of the landscaped river on the urban ecological civilization is more and more obvious. Carrying on the evaluation research of the impact of the river landscape construction on the urban ecological civilization is helpful to promote the development of theory of the urban ecological civilization, and provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the coming landscape river construction. At present, but the research on the urban ecological civilization and the construction of landscape river is little, the impact research of the river landscape construction on the urban ecological civilization evaluation system is less. Therefore, the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to study the impact of river landscape construction on urban ecological civilization.The main content of this paper is as follows:(1) Compared and analyzed the basic principle, application conditions, advantages and disadvantages of different types of domestic and foreign evaluation methods, determined the analytic hierarchy process as the main method for evaluating the impact of the river landscape construction on the urban ecological civilization.(2) Using literature method, frequency increment screening method, the representive evaluation index were choosed from the river landscape, the ecological civilization, the urban ecological civilization, the urban riparian zone and the urban waterfront space. Utilizing fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, the evaluation index of the impact of the river landscape construction on the urban ecological civilization was determined, and the method of analytic hierarchy process was verified.(3) On the basis of data collection, the impact factors of the river landscape construction impact on the urban ecological civilization were determined, the evaluation index system was built that includes 33 indicators in five levels of the ecological environment, the ecological economy, the ecological coordination, the ecological culture and the ecological institution.(4) Taking Liaocheng city as an example, adoping the field investigation, combinding with the quantitative and qualitative analysis, using expert scoring method, on the basis of the evaluation index system of the river landscape construction impact on urban ecological civilization, the comprehensive score value of Liaocheng city was calculated since 2000 and a line chart was drawed for further analysis.The evaluation index system of the river landscape construction impact on urban ecological civilization was constructed, and that was verified by the instance. The conclusions were drawed that the impact factors of the river landscape construction impact on the urban ecological civilization are so many and the degree of influence is great. Because of the evaluation index is diversiform, the evaluation index system still needs further perfect, inspection of the evaluation standard and the validation of evaluation system still need further study in the future.
