In recent years,the problem of food safety has become one of the serious social problems, from the analysis of the reasons, one reason is the food processing in manufacturing, second is the quality of product,third is the management of the production,fourth is the production equipment caused by cross contamination of the product. The dairy industry as one of the field of food, especially infant formula powder production enterprises,in order to guarantee the quality of our products and restore the confidence of the consumers in domestic dairy products, We must avoid all the unsafe factors which could affect the quality of food.ASME BPE standard is put forward for the first time in 1997 in the United States, and the standard for pharmaceutical equipment design, manufacture, testing,puts forward the guide specifications unity,equipment manufacturers agents,engineering companies,owners of equipment tolerance, dimension, process design standard.In the projection of dairy production line, we can face much welding of health clean pipes, in addition to the usually industrial pipe welding requirements of the welding line,what is more is to ensure their health level,health clean pipeline welding matters the quality of dairy products. As health higher grade of infants powdered formula enterprise, except attaching great importance to the product processing, more attention should be paid to the production line and connection of components.Manual welding welding has not complete, uneven weld penetration, easy oxidation on weld around, and many other disadvantages, which will directly lead to the defect of product quality, also will affect the health of consumers.So the selection of reasonable welding method is an effective measure to avoid the issues of food safety. Produce high quality products will first consider the equipment and piping material of the productions, the method of welding, welding material and welding technology.This article through to the international advanced ASME BPE standard in dairy research in piping design, the dairy of pipe welding seam of the uneven surface roughness, red rust phenomenon, the pipe and so on has carried on the detailed analysis. Through the study of the main chapters, ASME BPE standard standard contact with domestic and international laws and regulations, standards, recommended by the pipeline welding method is summarized, such as the design principles and its application in dairy factory.Eventually come to the conclusion: ASME BPE standard recommended by the automatic welding technology welding with high efficiency, small heat affected zone, weld penetration, completely inside weld microorganism no residue, can help enterprises to realize the mass production, reduce the employment labor costs, and many other advantages. Adopt ASME BPE recommended clean stainless steel material can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of the pipe or equipment, prolong the service life of the piping or equipment. And the choice of equipment or pipeline under the standard because the tolerance and size of a unified, the convenience of engineering construction is improved. With ASME BPE standard specification of dairy production management is the future of the dairy industry to a higher level of health pharmaceutical factory production management mode of the trend.
