| The fluorine element in nature is distributed widely and closely related to human health. In China, the area of excessive fluoride pollution in groundwater is mainly distributed in North China, northeast, northwest and remote rural areas, the geographical environment is more complex, and groundwater is one of the important sources of drinking water. Therefore, it is very important to develop a new method to detect the content of fluoride in water.However, with the rapid development of the modern industrial level, the problem of heavy metal pollution is becoming more and more serious. Because of the heavy metal ions in nature, it is very difficult to degrade naturally, but also in the biological process of enrichment, and then lead to a variety of diseases and pain, the health of people’s lives, there is a potential threat.Recent studies have found that the fluorescent quantum dots (QDs) have become a hot research topic in the field of optical detection of water environment. The quantum dots prepared by aqueous phase synthesis method are simple, green and cheap, and the synthesis of the quantum well water solubility is good, and has become a hot area in the field of materials science. In this study, a novel quantum dot fluorescent probe was designed and applied to the detection of fluoride ion and heavy metal ions in water, and the detection results were fast, sensitive and accurate.The main research contents are as follows:(1) The design of quantum dot fluorescent probe:QDs/AgNPs CdTe fluorescent probe, which is a new probe for fluoride ion in water. Synthesis of CdTe quantum dots and hydrothermal synthesis of AgNPs by aqueous phase was obtained. The detection of fluoride ions in water, according to the experimental results, QDs/AgNPs CdTe fluorescent nano probe can quickly and selectively detect fluoride ions in the effluent, about five minutes of the time to detect the fluoride content in the effluent. In this paper, silver nanoparticles and fluorescent quantum dots are selected for the first time. This is a new type of fluorescent probe, which is of great significance for the detection of fluoride in water.(2) QDs/MION CdTe fluorescent nanoparticle were prepared by the combination of the magnetic nanoparticles (MION) and quantum dot (QDs), which is a new kind of sensitive probe for the detection of fluoride in water. The synthesis of magnetic nanoparticles with hydrophilic property is possible, and it can be used in the detection of fluoride in water, and the QDs/MION CdTe fluorescent nanoparticles were prepared by quantum dots. The stability of the fluorescent probe in water is very good, and it can be used in the detection of fluoride ion in water. The experimental results show that the QDs/MION CdTe fluorescent probe can detect the fluoride ion in the effluent quickly and accurately. This new type of magnetic fluorescent nano optical probe, in the detection of fluoride ion in the water will gradually cause more attention.(3) CdTe quantum dots prepared by aqueous phase synthesis were used as fluorescent probes for the detection of trivalent iron ions in water. The experimental results show that the fluorescence intensity of CdTe quantum dot is decreased obviously with the addition of Fe3+ solution to CdTe solution, so the CdTe quantum dots can be used for the analysis and detection of Fe3+ in water. |
