For oil field of low permeability reservoir with small reservoir pore throat radius, it is easy to be polluted, the rock is larger than the surface, the adsorption capacity is high, Injection water absorbing capacity is low, start-up pressure and pressure of injection water is high, and other issue, then connecting with the economic benefits, the surfactant flooding for low permeability reservoir has a strong adaptability. Therefore, this paper presents the application of surface active agent system for oil water interfacial tension in low permeability oil field. The relationship between oil / water interfacial tension and oil displacement efficiency, oil / water separation effect, and surfactant wastewater treatment was studied. The optimum range of the tension control of oil / water interfacial tension between oil and water in low permeability oil field was 10-1 ~ 10-2 mN/m. According to the physical properties of low permeability oil field, combined with molecular modeling design, the coupling method is used to design a series of Gemini surfactant oil displacement system with the salinity of 3000 ~ 20 x 104 mg/L and the temperature of 30 ~ 80 ℃, solved the phenomenon of chromatographic separation for the composite surfactant oil displacement system; Through the optimization of production process, the production process does not produce waste, the raw materials are all entered into the product, reached the hundred atomic economy, and realize the production process of greenization. At the same time, it has been developed for the injection process of surfactant flooding agent which is suitable for the development of single well stimulation and injection well groups, and has solved the problem of oil displacement agent injection in oil field. Moreover, the system of a combination of single well metering and well set is proposed to measure the oil quantity,and objectively and scientifically evaluate the effect of surfactant flooding before and after application.
