In the development of bottom water reservoir,there may be put through the end of the bottom water while conventional hydraulic fracturingcause water channeling,therefore,we need to control the fracture height.Among all the methods to control bottom water reservoir hydraulic fracture height containment,the technology of artificial barrier to control fracture height is effective and widely applied.Whereas,the present investigation of fracture height control technology by placing an artificial stress barrier is primarily focused on principle analysis of the concept and numerical simulation,so it is necessary to carry out theory analysis systematicly,and it is necessary to performance evaluation and optimize the sinking divertint of controlling fracture height and carrying fluid.Firstly,analysis the mechanism of controlling the fracture height by artificial barrier,dicuss the settlement rule of sinking divertint in the cracks,analysis the influence of the concentration of settlement divertint and the viscosity of carrying liquid through software simulation,and gives the requirements of the sinking divertint.Secondly,evaluate the performance of sinking divertint’s carrying fluid,measuring the viscosity-temperature resistance,broken plastic,surface tension,the residue content and particle size of carrying liquid by laboratory experiments,the results show that the concentration of0.4% guar gam carrying liquid’s performance works well.By measuring the different sinking divertint’s sedimentation rate of sinking divertint,sealing properties and conductivity,ultimately preferred the TC-1 quartz sand as control of fracture height growth sinking divertint,sedimentation velocity is 0.97mm/s,the filtration coefficient is7.42×10-4m/min1/2,helps to control fracture height.Finally,according to the reservoir of Yan 9,Yan 10 in Wuqi oilfield,it has bottom water problems,optimizing and designing the parameters of controlling fracture height growth.through software simulation shows that the perforation location at the upper part ofreservoir could ensure the crack extends in producing layers.By combining of theoretical calculation and construction experience,the injection rate of 0.5~0.8m3/min could control the fracture height.Through the theoretical calculation and experimental simulation,when the concentration is 10%~15%.could form an effective artificial barrier,according to the above research results and optimization of the reservoir fracturing parameters, think the perforation position should be located at the top of the reservoir or in the upper, which is suitable for 16holes/m, since this small displacement is 0.5~0.8 m3/min, small amount of sand is 1~5 m3,small sand ratio is 15 to 25% and preflush accounted is for 20~30%. The construction process of the above optimized parameters for the field application, shows that measures effect is remarkable.
