Changqing Oilfield is the typical low permeability oil and gas fields in our country.with the development of a dense reservoir gradually, conventional fracturing has been unable to meet the needs of increasing production.But the volume fracturing has been paid more and more attention as an effective development means.In 2012, the volume of fracturing of horizontal wells have finished 22 wells in Changqing region.The largest construction emission is 17.0m3/min and the maximum single sand stage is 127m3. the number of stages of construction have been up to 21 segments. The average fracture reservoir stimulation is 2 days per segment and the average completion cycles is 70 days.Volume fracturing of tight oil exists many problems such as more resources being occupied, the long construction period, construction preparation for a long time, labor-intensive, a long continuous infusion time and a large risk.This article researches operations techniques of horizontal well "Industrialized" and form an effective volume of fracturing organization model and supporting technology for different sizes and processes, to achieve continuous, safe and efficient operation for horizontal well "Industrialized" volume fracturing,So that the volume of fracturing technology has been appliced with large-scale to establish a set of volume fracturing ground supporting programs and engineering supporting method. Which can reduce construction time and ultimately achieve an efficient work with daily volume fracturing 2-3 segments.In this study, based on foreign technology of factory jobs, it takes the "change production organization mode, optimize resource allocation, improve technology". For the current level of wells, large-scale construction of the well, it forms the "factory" mode of operation which are used for large-scale construction mainly the horizontal wells liquid reserves (50m3,100m3 tank design and development), continuous compounding technology research, continuous improvement and mixed liquid mixed quality control means for proppant flowback control technology, fracturing fluid flowback technology (coiled tubing gas lift drain), recycling (developed liquid recovery tank).
