Since the fifties last century, phane compounds was proposed by chemists. With the development of the phane’s compound, phane’s chemistry more and more got the attention of chemists, phane’s chemical also got very big development. From the original single benzene class ring, development to the pyridine instead of benzene, pyridinephane. Pyrazine instead of benzene, pyrazinephane.In this paper, we use 2,6-dimethylpyrazine as materials, through radical reaction, H atoms was replaced by halogen atoms.And we use S atom in the Na2S,synthesised 11-dithia[3.3](2,6)Pyrazinophane,2,11,20-trithia[3.3.3](2,6)Pyrazinophane.2,11,20,29-tetrathia[3.3.3.3] (2,6)Pyrazinophane,2,11,20,29-tetrathia[3.3.3.3](2,6)Pyrazinophane to coordination with benzoquinone, the product of the ligand were measured by UV spectrum is monitored. Determine whether to generate complex.In this thesis,we use 1,3,5-Tri(methanoi aid) benzene acid as materials, through the reation of esterification, reduction.synthesised 1,3,5-Tri(bromomethyl) benzene. 1,3,5-Tri(bromomethyl) benzene throught Na2S cyclization reation to generate S3[33]Cyclophane, and the single crystal of S3[33]Cyclophane have been prepared.Using X-ray diffraction to determine S3[33]Cyclophane structure. Using thermogravimetry to determine the structure of S3[33]Cyclophane also, we utilize it to coordination with I2, getting new complex, which has been synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray, thermogravimetry analysis.
