This paper was worked based on which that have invented atmospheric particulate matter sampling device the combination of fixed biomass combustion source based on emission characteristics, that by using UG, workbench, CAD and other simulation software was designed a dilution channel sampler. The device were included sampling gun, primary dilution system,secondary dilution system, clean air system, the impact of sampling device and other parts, It could supplied 10 to 30 times dilution ratio, dilute the retention period of the 90 s, a stable pressure and real-time recording function. At the same time it could realized fixed biomass forming fuel combustion source discharge atmospheric particulate matter and volatile organic compounds in flue gas dilution sampling research. The device was obtained particle size under10 microns atmospheric particulate matter points by eight grade samples. Application this equipment to carry out the biomass combustion sampling test have obtained for the following 4test conclusion.(1) Dilution channel sampler has been applied successfully to fixed burning straw briquette fuel source emission level of 8 different particle size of particles in flue gas, including particle size in 1.10μm-0.4μm particles between 55.5%- 55.5% of total acquisition quality of particulate matter, experiments show that the device for the collection of fine particulate matter effect is better.Can be widely used in fixed biomass combustion source emissions of VOCs and atmospheric particulates dilution sampling research work.(2) Application of dilution channel sampler four kinds of biomass shaped fuel(corn stover,wheat straw, cotton stalk and wood) fixed combustion source emissions of VOCs research, four kinds of fuel VOCs emission coefficient respectively 0.447 mg·kg-1、1.111 mg·kg-1、0.601mg·kg-1、0.104mg·kg-1. Four pellet fuel combustion emissions total VOCs of ozone formation potential(O3) respectively are(4.792) mg · kg- 19.598 mg · mg kg- 125.737 mg · kg- 1and(4.502) mg · kg- 1. Ozone generating potential, in higher species were benzene, ketone, olefins and halogenated hydrocarbon.(3) Application of dilution channel sampler have obtained the three kinds of biomass shaped fuel combustion source fixed discharge atmospheric particulate matter sampling research points and eight kinds of particle size. The study have found that three kinds of biomass combustion emission level of different size particles of K, Na, Ca, S, Mg, Al, P, Ti, Fe and other elements of the EF values were greater than 10, and the EF value of K, Na and S elements in particle size 2.1 μm below the particle concentration degree was higher, the toxic heavy metals(As, Gd, Cr, Co, zinc, Pb, etc.) of EF is below 10.
