Hydraulic fracturing is an effective means to enhance oil and gas production. The fracturing fluid is a critical component of the hydraulic fracturing treatment. As oil price fluctuations, fracturing fluid and fracturing success and performance is the most important construction cost factors, so the research and development of oil and gas fields to meet the development needs of low concentrations of fracturing fluid system has important significance and practical value.Based on the study of organic boron crosslinker with fenugreek gum crosslinking mechanism, based on the synthesis of high-temperature formations fenugreek gum special organic boron crosslinking agent OB-90, will be applied to the organic boron response surface methodology fenugreek gum system optimization using central composite design to fenugreek gum concentration, crosslinking agent concentration and temperature of the indexes on the data obtained from experiments performed multiple linear regression, and regression model to optimize, select a lower concentration of fenugreek gum fracturing fluid system and verification. Preferably and evaluate the performance of drainage aids and clay stabilizers, the formation of high-temperature formation of low concentrations of organic boron fenugreek gum fracturing fluid system, the rheological properties of the system, the fluid loss properties, gel breaking performance and compatibility testing. The conclusions are as follows:1. The high-temperature synthesis of organic boron crosslinking agent OB-90. The results show that the prediction is good, optimized low concentrations of fenugreek gum system has a good temperature shear resistance.3. Rheological properties and fluid loss properties of high temperature resistant organic boron concentration low fenugreek gum fracturing fluid gel is to meet the standards. Join drainage aid can effectively reduce the surface tension of broken glue. Gel breaking residue than conventional fenugreek gum formulation reduced by 42%, can greatly reduce the fracturing fluid to break the glue reservoir damage. A small amount of demulsifier in fracturing fluids can significantly improve the fracturing fluid to break glue and formation fluid compatibility.
