Oil and gas block is the basic geographical unit for oil and gas production. With the rapid development of energy industry in recent years, the change of oil and gas block is also showing a trend of more and more fast, and a lot of data is produced. But at present, the statistical methods for oil and gas blocks are mainly human-based.Then the statistical items are calculated one by one, this form has low efficiency and the accuracy is not high.In order to make full use of the existing data of oil and gas blocks, and analyze the various changes in the data, this paper is supported by the oil and gas resource management support platform construction project of the Sino oil gas. And the design and implementation of comprehensive analysis and statistical system for oil and gas blocks is developed. It aims to analyze the change of oil and gas area from several angles, improve the working efficiency of the related employees, and provide data reference for decision makers. The main contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1) The spatio-temporal data model of oil and gas blocks based on event is designed. Analysis of the oil and gas blocks in oil and gas resources(including inspection, inspectors, leasing), changes in the characteristics of time space, the characteristics of and from the three levels of the conceptual model, logical model and physical model of oil and gas blocks were abstracted and modeled.(2) Analysis of the needs of system implementation, including overall demand, functional requirements and non-function of demand, combined with the use of scene and the working pattern of the system, design the system architecture based on C / S mode, using.Net technology as the underlying architecture, using ArcGIS Engine Component for GIS developing, WPF UI framework and ReportViewer technology.(3) According to the detailed system design, the system has been developed, and the five function modules are introduced in detail: data import, registration, block status, annual inspection information and results management.(4) Use a variety of forms to show temporal and spatial data. Using spatial data classification rendering show different attributes of the spatial distribution of; spacetime cube map to achieve the three-dimensional display of time, space and attribute, the slice of cubic graphs can be arbitrary two dimensional statistical information display; temporal and spatial sequence diagrams show oil and gas blocks with time evolution.
