The phenomenon of high reflectivity of aluminum alloy in the presence of high reflectivity is studied, the absorptivity of the high reflectivity material to laser is low, which leads to the laser processing quality not ideal and affects the processing efficiency.In order to find the methods to improve the Aluminum Alloy laser absorptivity, the interaction mechanism between laser and material and the factors affecting the laser absorptivity properties of aluminum alloy was analyzed. Through the pre-research and early experimental study on Aluminum Alloy laser cutting, the measures for improving the laser absorptivity of aluminum alloy have been put forward, absorptivity test platformdesigned, a change the surface absorption characteristics of the test programdeveloped, and the absorptivity of a variety of processed specimens tested.Surface treatment technology to change the absorption characteristics of Aluminum Alloy surface is used, the main surface treatment technology for blackening treatment.Considering the limited testing conditions, using simple blackening materials(graphite, ordinary ink, carbon ink, flat paint and phosphating) sample preparation is made. Then,the absorptivityof the sample preparation will be tested.Atest-bed of laser absorption rate is set up, using 5 different treatment methods for the thickness of 2A12 Aluminum Alloy surface 1.2mm,the fixed-point exposure test using CO2 pulse laser transmitter.The test data shows that, in certain conditions, Matt treated specimen absorption rate is the highest, and the conclusion is applied to practical engineering processing, after processing the specimen cutting surface smooth, slag of small size, high surface quality.Meanwhile, thermal analysis was carried out by ANSYS workbench on Aluminum Alloy laser cutting process, conformity degree between the test results and the absorptivity of the cloud temperature data is very close degree,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme. To a certain extent, the results provide theory evidenceandengineering guidance for laser cutting of high reflectivity material.
