Lignite upgrading wastewater is a hard biodegradable industrial wastewater, containing cyanide, benzene series, phenolic substances, such as for microbial survival is very bad, There is no more cost-effective way to deal with this kind of industrial waste water. So the research of wastewater treatment technology can not only deal with the wastewater effectively, reduce the pollution to the environment, and can be the basis on the development of coal industry technical support. As the research object, based on the coal chemical industry wastewater by coagulation sedimentation, anaerobic hydrolysis acidification, advanced treatment of activated carbon adsorption,a coalition between Fenton oxidation and activated carbon adsorption process to deal with the lignite upgrading wastewater.In coagulation sedimentation treatment experimental research stage, The experiment was carried out by using different particle sizes and dosages activated carbon based on wastewater characteristics to determine optimum dosage of activated carbon. Then according to different pH conditions activated carbon adsorption experiment for lignite mention qualitative wastewater organic matter. Adding the three kinds of particle size of activated carbon respectively the best dosing quantity to analysis concentration of organic matter by adjusting pH. Research on wastewater best of activated carbon adsorption time to save time of dealing wastewater in reality. Finally determine the optimum parameters of activated carbon adsorption: initial pH 3.5, 10-20 section dosing quantity is 10g/L, the settling time is 45 min, under this condition, COD removal rate can reach more than 76.5%, In line with the requirements of tier 1 emission standard, the chromaticity and ammonia nitrogen also need further treatment,at the same time, the adsorbing mechanism of lignite activated carbon to lignite upgrading wastewater had been analyzed and studied mainly based on thermodynamics. Found the Freundlich adsorption is other model fitting is better. 20-30 mesh activated carbon adsorption performance is best.Research the treatment effect of wastewater by Fenton and activated carbon combination of lignite quality. In order to determine the single factor of changes of fenton optimum reaction conditions by discussing H2O2 / Fe2 + mole ratio, H2O2 dosage and initial pH. Testing with activated carbon in fenton system by adjusting the pH value, mixing time and the additive amount of different particle size effects on lignite upgrading wastewater removal rate. Finally determine the optimum parameters: initial pH 3.5, 10-20 section dosing quantity is 10g/L, the settling time is 45 min, under this condition, the removal rate of COD and chromaticity are has reached the level of emission standards.
