The global greenhouse effect caused by CO2 industrial production and energy combustion has become the primary worldwide problem. A new material that has better performance on adsorbing CO2 has already been an urgent task to be solved in scientific research community. Among the wide range of CO2 adsorbents, a porous carbon material draws attention from researchers and world because of its high specific surface area, adjustable pore structure, surface adsorption of mildness, environment-friendly and other advantages. Thus this kind of synthesis of high CO2 adsorption and selectivity of the porous carbon material is a high-value research topic.This research synthesized, modified three porous carbon materials, studying the natures of gas abortion and separation. Select the metal organic framework ZIF-70 as a template, PEI for the double carbon and nitrogen sources. The PEI was injected in the ZIF-70 channel. And after calcination process, it was made into a porous carbon material with higher surface area(652.44 m2·g-1), high nitrogen content(11.08%). High nitrogen content led a good action of selective adsorption ability in CH4/CO2, H2/CO2.The results showed that: the PEI and ZIF-70 injection ratio of 1: 1 was formed of carbon precursor, which was carbonized at 900 ℃ of the obtained porous carbon material of the nitrogen-rich CO2 adsorption would be the best choice. And the maximum adsorption was 4.86 mmol·g-1(0℃ 1 bar) and 3.56 mmol·g-1(25℃ 1 bar).After using a carbon precursor carbonized ZIF-8 to amino-modified the surface, it made to the porous carbon material which have a large number of amino functional groups on the surface and after absorbing the porous carbon material of CO2 gas, which reached 4.2 mmol·g-1. The imitation industrial emissions tested amino porous carbon material selective adsorption. The experimental results showed that the mixed gas of aminated porous carbon material with good CO2 adsorption performance at 0.15 bar up to 4.2 mmol·g-1, and had a high CO2/N2 selective adsorption, where CO2 /N2 selectivity at 25℃ up at 770, 50℃ up to 1200.Synthetize ZIF-8 and 5A raw material to gather preparation- carbon composites.And composite materials for the adsorption of gas under normal temperature and pressure tested composites of selective adsorption; the experimental results show that CO2 gas: molecular sieves- carbon composite material has a good selection of CO2 adsorption performance in CO2/N2, CO2/CH4 penetration test has a good performance.
