In recent years, with global warming worsening, more and more people begin to focus on how to create a number of more environmentally friendly fuels. Gasoline and diesel as one of the most important fossil fuels in the world, how to make them is more effective in reducing the content of contained therein toxic and hazardous substances to the environment becomes increasingly urgent.A series of new supported hydro-dearomatization(HDA) catalyst had been synthezed in this paper. first, HDA reactions were done with the simulation tetralin of aromatic compounds in gasoline and diesel on homemade instruments, then, in-depth HDA, hydro-denitrification(HDN), hydro-desulfurization(HDS) reactions were done with a mixture of simulation tetralin, thiophene, quinoline of gasoline and diesel, the conditions of hydrofining reactions of aromatic compounds,sulfur-containing compounds, nitrogen-containing compounds in gasoline and diesel had been in-depth explored. This paper mainly did the following four aspects:First,with changing the proportions and/or compositions of the carriers and/or the active ingredients in the catalysts, the new supported composite zeolites carriers catalyst Mo-Re-Co/TiO2-USY-MCM-41 had been synthezed,HDA reactions of the simulation tetralin of gasoline and diesel under the process conditions of temperature 240-320℃, pressure 1.5-3.5 MPa, space velocity 1-5 h-1, hydrogen-oil ratio 300-700 had been investigated, and the conversion rate of tetralin could reach to 67.2%.Secondly, in order to examine the practical HDA-, HDN-, HDS-efficiency of this catalyst to gasoline and diesel, in-depth hydrofining reactions of the three hybrid simulations were conducted in this paper. After loading different active ingredients in the best carrier, hydrofining reactions were carried out after finding the optimal process conditions by using the orthogonal experiment method, under the conditions of pressure 2.5 MPa, temperature 260℃, space velocity 5 h-1, hydrogen-oil ratio of 500, conversion rate of thiophene could reach to 90.1%, quinoline 82.6%, while tetralin a maximum of 62.7%.Then, by compounding the two best combined effect catalysts, varing by changing the loading order, the conversion rates of the three hybrid simulations of the raw mix oil had been further explored.Finally, the synthesized composite zeolites carriers and catalysts were characterized by XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption.Wherein, the XRD showed the emergence of four new constituents Na0.3[Al6(Si,Al)8O20(OH)10]·4H2O H12[(AlO2)12(SiO2)36]、Ti3O5 and Al1SiO5 in the composite zeolites carriers, N2 adsorption-desorption isotherm of the complex carrier showed a good mesoporous structure; At the same time, the active metal ingredients were also successfully supported on the synthesized composite carrier, achieving the desired result.
