Aero engine as the heart of a plane, is the key part of aircraft performance index. In order to improve the performance of the engine, to extend its service life, many constraint factors of engine performance can be improved, the factors for improving the aero engine sealing performance is crucial.This paper is the use high temperature friction and wear tester to simulate the aeroengine brush seal of friction state was investigated. The main equipment of high temperature friction and wear test is HT-1000 type high temperature friction and wear testing machine, test with a pin on disc wear form on, Pin materials is SG37A, surface material of disc is alumina explosion coatings. The pin is sliding parts, disc for grinding parts. In this paper, the uniform design method design the experiment scheme, the test mainly considering load, temperature and sliding speed of three factors, each factor is divided into eight levels. First stuy the single factor influence on the friction and wear properties, the second study three factors influence on the friction and wear properties together, finally, according to the actual working condition of aeroengine brush seal test on the friction and wear behavior of continuous variable temperature. The high temperature friction and wear testing machine acquisition friction coefficient data, using electronic balance measure the wear volume of pin and disc, compared to morphology of alumina explosion coatings before and after testing by scanning electron microscope, to analysis the mechanism of friction and wear.This paper analysis and research on the data obtained in the test, to explore the relative influence of load, sliding speed and temperature on the friction coefficient and wear volume. Analysis on the testing data obtained were analyzed by single factor and multi factor prediction using regression analysis, establish the friction and wear properties database, to provide a theoretical basis for the design of aeroengine brush type sealing.
