Polycaprolactone has good biological compatibility, biodegradability, and can be widely used in biomedical field. Quaternary ammonium salt compound has good antibacterial and bactericidal effect, and it is widely used in the field of antibacterial, and the combination of both has two advantages, and has broad application prospect. In this thesis, the quaternary ammonium salts were prepared by HEMA and proton transfer polymerization of DMAEMA and HEMA. The structure and properties of the polymer were characterized by Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(NMR) and volume exclusion chromatography(TD-SEC).(1) with 18-crown-6 as catalyst, KH as initiator, tetrahydrofuran as solvent and HEMA as self initiated monomer, under the appropriate reaction conditions can be synthesized hyperbranched poly methyl methacrylate, and further with CL or methacrylic acid dimethyl amino ethyl copolymer, forming hyperbranched polymers.(2) in the same molecular weight condition, the synthesis of the high molecular weight polymer and the linear polymer has lower solution viscosity and smaller hydrodynamic radius, which is in accordance with the characteristics of the polymer.(3) by IR, 1H NMR and sec were employed to characterize the samples and confirmed by Hyperbranched Poly 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate as multifunctional initiator and 18 crown 6 as catalyst, evocating caprolactone triggers the opening ring polymerization, and then lead to occurrence of DMAEMA polymerization to synthesize the HP(CL-co-DMAEMA) of the. The experimental results show that the hydrodynamic radius of HP(CL-co-DMAEMA) and the intrinsic viscosity of the LP(CL-co-DMAEMA) are less than the same conditions, and the contact angle of the polymer decreases with the increase of the proportion of the CL structure.(4) with P(CL-co-DMAEMA) and 1,3-Propane sultone is a P(CL-co-zDMAEMA), which has good stability, sterilization and processing.
