With the continuous consumption of shallow resources, it is a inevitable trend in the future in mining mineral resources with the deep mining, filling mining method because of its control pressure, reduce the dilution loss and other significant advantages for deep open mining. Aiming at the existing problems of packing material, the new expansion pack material to solve the current problems in filling work has important practical significance. Lightweight foam mortar as a filling material used in grouting engineering at present is still blank, and this paper will be introduced to the expansive material static broken agent to the filling pulp is the frist. Through a large number of matching test and configured out of the new expansion pack material with the stable, light weight, shock absorbing excellent performance and can be used for filling. The main research content of this paper is as follows:(1) Based on the existing research and analys of filling process, points out the existing problems of cementing filling material.(2) The determination of moisture content experiment, chemical composition analysis experiment, grain size analysis experiment is done about the on site tailings, which research clearly through red mountain copper mine tailings of physical and chemical properties.(3) For different ratio of common packing material, foam packing materials, SCA filling materials indoor uniaxial compressive experiment was carried out respectively, reveals that the expansion agent, slurry concentration, contrast ratio, curing age such as single factor the influence law of the strength of filling body.(4) With the mathematical methods of poor, variance analysis to studied the influence factors and influence degree of filling body strength in different curing age.(5) The sedimentation rate of normal filling materials, the inflation rate of expansion filling materials has carried on by the experiment which obtained the different proportion of filling body sedimentation rate, inflation rate; Reveals that the expansion agent adding amount, slurry concentration, contrast and other single factor on the influence law of sedimentation rate and inflation rate.(6) Acoustic wave velocity of different ratio of foam filling materials were tested and analyzed the adding amount of foaming agent, slurry concentration, contrast ratio, curing age on the effect of acoustic wave propagation speed, combined with the principle of wave impedance at the same time, the damping properties of different ratio of foam filling body in theory research.Through the above research, combined with the actual production in mines, in this paper, the preparation of the expansion of good performance, good strength, shock absorption effect of expansion of filling materials, expanding filling material can better solve the problems of filling mining faces, at the same time, the expansion of research also for mine filling materials opens up a new field of research.
