The design of an efficient fluorescent probe for specific analyte has received a growing attention. This dissertation is focused on design, synthesis of fluorescent probes for detection of Al3+ based on pyrene or BINOL scaffold. The dissertation is composed of three chapters:The first chapter introduced design, synthesis, and the application of fluorescent probes based on pyrene or BINOL scaffold and the development of the fluorescent probes for detection of Al3+.In the second chapter, four fluorescent probes R1-R4 based on pyrene scaffold were synthesized. All of them show excellent selectivity and sensitivity to Al3+. Interestingly, two solvent-dependent sensing mechanisms for Al3+, which feature ratiometric change from excimer to monomer in MeOH and turn-on response in water. And with the increase of pH from 1.1 to 12.9, the fluorescence spectra of R1 exhibited the decrease of monomer emission bands with the concomitant increase of excimer emission bands, which indicated that R1 could be used as a ratiometric pH fluorescent probe.Chapter three:Eight probes R5-R12 based on BINOL scaffold were synthesized. All of them could detect Al3+ with highly selectivity and sensitivity in MeOH. Furthermore, R5, R6,and R7 show excellent dual-channel fluorescence enhancement to Al3+ in aqueous solution. | Keywords/Search Tags: | fluorescent probe, recognition mechanism, pyrene, 1,1’-Binaphthyl, monomer/excimer | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
