Water pollution is one of the worst current global ecological problems. The large amount of methylamine wastewater with high concentration of ammonia nitrogen make the nitrogen pollution and the eutrophication of water being more serious. People’s daily life can not be without water, so the water pollution problem is an urgent problem. The ammonia element in water can be converted into nitrate by autotrophic nitrifying bacteria, and then reduced to nitrogen by denitrification bacteria.1.In this thesis,a high efficiency denitrification strains Es is isolated by many screenings, which proved to be facultative anaerobic gram-negative bacteria. The Es is proved to be Micrococcus denitrificans by PCR and 16 S ribosomal DNA identification.2.This thesis explore the optimum growth temperature, the optimum pH, the optimum nitrogen temperature, and the optimum nitrogen pH with experiments. The results show that the denitrificans Micrococcus has a highest growth rate and high efficiency at the temperature of 30 degrees, pH 8.3.This thesis using the denitrifying bacteria to treat the methylamine wastewater based on experiments, analysis, fully demonstrated and the existing science and technology. In the denitrification process, the p H is an important control parameter. Normally, the suitable growth of denitrification biological pH range of 8 or 9 or so. The pH value of methylamine wastewater used according to the experiment, this paper set up a set of pH gradient: 11, 10, 9, 8. Under the condition of different pH, separation of denitrifying bacteria and use have been purified methylamine wastewater. Results: when the pH = 8, total nitrogen(TN) removal rate can reach 92.5%. Chemical oxygen demand(CODcr) can reduce 78.3%, chromaticity by 74.5%.Through test, analysis, fully demonstrated: in the pH = 8, denitrifying bacteria of methylamine wastewater has better purification effect. For the realization of the microorganism method successfully processed methylamine wastewater provide strong theoretical basis.
