Horizontal directional drilling pipe crossing plays a major role in the pipeline projects such as of acrossing the river, lake, coast area,because this technology have highly precision, the fast construction speed, low cost and beneficial to environmental protection.In recent years, with the unusually heavy task of oil pipeline construction (only the HDD technology of oil and gas pipelines laid a year in pipeline bureau reached 100 km), and the increasing of construction difficulty, frustration or failure of the project significantly increased, so the success rate is decreased obviously. And pipeline crossing drag back as one of the most critical link in the whole project, its process is directly related with the success or failure of the whole project.But now the pipes scientific theory research of the back to drag process technology are still lacking, there are many uncertainties in the process of operation for the actual project, bring back to drag operation and the whole project is a great potential safety hazard.Based on the key research project of the petrochina pipeline bureau in 2011 "The mechanics simulation optimization and software development in the horizontal directional drill pipeline through " as the backing, around two modules of the pipeline crossing back drag operation:in the process of pipeline buried pipeline hoisting working and pipeline before the grave drag operation work. In this paper, the main research work as follow:(1)The study of the basic theory, method and technology for the horizontal directional drilling crossing technology:First on the basis of analysising the horizontal directional drilling pipe crossing technology of basic principle and characteristics analyzing the process of construction technology and influence factorsthe pipeline back to former pipeline lifting working and dragged back into the soil back drag force analysis.(2)The pipe lifting job analysis and the software implementation before the pipeline back into the soil:① Pipe lifting operation simulation analysis before back into the soil:Combined with the specific project pipeline lifting working parameters,establishing the simulation analysis model, and then separately carrying out the single hanging basket and the two hanging basket assignments law research,in order to obtain the operation parameters of the influence of the angle and the maximal stress, and to determine the operation condition of reasonable operation parameters and scope.②Pipe lifting job analysis and simulation experiment:Based on the actual project of pipeline lifting process, carrying on the experimental design of the pipeline lifting, and conducting a comprehensive comparison and analysis in the test process, data collection method and the analysis of the results with simulation data, in order to demonstrate the accuracy of the simulation calculation.③ The special pipe lifting job analysis software development:Using the pipeline lifting operation simulation modelwhich has been validated, based on the secondary development of abaqus pipeline lifting calculation and analysis software, realizing it easy for pipeline lifting operation process analysis and calculation, making the on-site construction personnel can convenient effective lifting validation and optimization of operation parameters.(3)The pipeline drag force calculation analysis and the software implementation in the process of drag back operation:①Analyzing the advantages, disadvantages and scope of application of the commonly used drag force calculation model that both at home and abroad is;②Considering the pipe in the back to the drag force of the trajectory stage pipeline, is deduced from a set of accurate calculation and prediction, and can be more fairly reflect back to the drag force of each track back to drag stage in the process of dynamic change back to the prediction model for calculating drag force;③Using an project’s example to verify this calculation model analysis;④Developping in view of the commonly used back to the drag force calculation model and improve the prediction model of back to the drag force calculation software program.Through the mechanics analysis of pipeline drag back operation and implementation of the specialized software development in this paper,can provide crucial for pipeline drag process parameters of research and value calculation, can assessment and provide convenient and quick operation parameters optimization analysis and the basis of the establishment for construction technology,to strengthen the theory of pipeline drag process technical support and practical guidance, in order to reduce the operation risk, ensure the smooth progress of pipeline back to drag the process, so as to improve the level of operation and the success rate of the pipeline drag back.
