It is an effective way to improve oil recovery by using waterflooding of horizontal well, However, the process has some characteristics such as severe water flooding and short water free production period and water-cut with faster ascending velocity and faster decline production, and the efficient of development is restricted seriously. It’s great significance to carry out the theory of water injection profile control in enhancing oil recovery and benefit. It can also improve the design level of water injection profile control, balance the injection profile, ameliorate the water flooding model, in order to stabilize oil, control water and improve the ultimate recovery.Depending on the geologic characteristics of H Oilfield and basic characteristics of horizontal well, by studying extensive literature, the idea of water injection profile control technology on perforation completion in H Oilfield are proposed. The main research contents and results are as follows.Firstly, it obtained the coupled model of oil reservoir seepage model and wellbore flow model according to the principle of potential superposition, mirror image, mass conservation, momentum principle and so on, combined with the continuity of pressure and flow along the wellbore surface.Secondly, according to fluid flow behaviors in wellbore we build up horizontal well perforating emulator, establish the theoretical foundation for prediction of perforating completion pressure profile, water injection profile and design of water injection profile control.Thirdly, on the basis of emulator, reservoir and fluid quality and bore frame, we carry out simulation prediction and analysis of pressure profile, water injection profile and its main influence factors.Fouthly, through the review of relevant literature, we research and analyse the drilling pollution assessment method, perforator performance correction method, under-balanced perforating pressure design, perforation phase angle design method, water flooding model analysis method and profile equilibrium evaluation method, and finally obtain technical scheme of perforating optimization of horizontal well water injection profile.Finally, depending on the geological characteristics, basic data and drilling situations of H10 well, we carry out horizontal well perforation optimization design of equalization control of water injection profile.and recommended the optimum perforation design scheme. The results showed that water injection profile control technology on horizontal well perforation completion has regulating effects to balance water injection profile and meliorate flooding model.
