So the problem of preventing and controlling water is always one of the difficult problems which restrict the development of mine. The establishment of the underground curtain is one of the effective methods for preventing and controlling water at present. Because of the uncertainty of the slurry diffusion and the concealment of the underground curtain, it is difficult to accurately evaluate the barrier water capacity, In addition to the erosion of the curtain, the durability, stability and integrity of the field are all suffered from different degrees of reduction, which is a serious threat to the safety of mine production and operation.The in Zhangmatun Iron Mine as the background of has been in use for more than 20 years of underground curtain, use the penetration analysis, curtain stress field analysis of the stability of the curtain, draw the following conclusions:(1) Analysis of the rock breaking effect and rock stress state under the curtain of permeability changes of osmotic, revealing the Zhangmatun Iron Curtain should stress, strain and permeability between the relationships. When the pressure exceeds the critical point, the permeability will suddenly increase.(2) The ore body and surrounding rock body, and the rock mass at the change of the rock show different degrees of stress concentration phenomenon, and the curtain inside and outside the big pressure difference. When the groundwater pressure for mining area pressure of 4 times the left and right sides and the ore rock contact zone in fault fracture zone, this region is difficult to form the curtain wall, the ore body in the process of mining has may become the passage of water inrush. When grouting treatment in this area, we should optimize the design; select the reasonable construction process, to ensure the effect of grouting treatment.(3) The theoretical method of the stability evaluation of the underground curtain was obtained through the analysis of the seepage and stress and strain analysis. The system monitoring and integrated control system of the heavy curtain is determined.
