Research On The Mehods Of Parametic Modeling And Parametric CAE About Plastic Pallet Based On Load Custom

In this paper, to achieve rapid reponse design of plastic flat pallet to the following study. The major work and results are as follows:(1)With the existing design methods of flat pallet, propose the Necessary of the pallet design metods based on load custom. And then described technical support about load custom designed.(2)By the analysis and research on load and load custom design of the the plastic flat pallet, establishment the load custom demands of the plastic flat pallet. Proposed the method of the load custom design.(3)Solved model data integration of between parametric design and the parametric CAE of the plastic flat pallet and other key technical issues with the plastic flat pallet test standard and the analysis and applications of CAE. Achieving the establish of plastic flat pallet parametric CAE model.(4)Based on the use of third party software and solving the interface technology, achieve the integraion of the plastic flat configuration parametric CAD and parametric CAE. Establishing a prototype system of the plastic flat pallet. Solved the problem about the load demands maps to the load custom design. Established the configuration model and parametricc model of the plastic flat pallet by the modular design and the parametric design.(5)For several plastic flat pallet, achieving the establish of its parametric model and the finite element model, based on the proposed method of parametric model and parametric CAE and the platform of the UG and ABAQUS(Secondary Development). And then complete the analysis of the parametric CAE.Finally, the paper draws a conclusion and makes the prospects for further study about plastic flat pallet on the load custom.
