Water pollution has brought great harm to production and life, a variety of testing and pollution control methods are currently being studied and explored. The objective of this study is the use of a small number of representative quality indicators to alert the water quality for contamination and can achieve low-cost, rapid and efficient determination of the location of contaminated waters to avoid expanding the scope of water pollution. Through water quality evaluation reflecting its comprehensive water quality is a strong theoretical support for the water pollution control. The article takes the Reservoir of Lin’an Qingshan Lake, Longbr idge, and Zhejiang Agr iculture and Forestry University as the research object and uses Stepwise regression analys is by SPSS for predicting water quality indicator of COD of sewage water of Zhejiang Agr iculture and Forestry University in order to established water quality monitor ing and early warning platform for subsequent Reservoir of Qingshan Lake providing the basic research and use TLS and WQI to evaluate the water quality of Reservoir of Lin’an Qingshan Lake. Results show:(1)Taking the water of longbridge and Zhejiang Agriculture and Forestry University as the object and Taking the temperature, conductivity, pH, concentration as the research target. Analysis of the interference of temperature in the process of water quality index measurement, pH interference, through the stepwise regression analys is method to predict the water quality of Zhejiang Agr icultural University. The results show that the effect of temperature on pH is small, and the effect of temperature on the conductivity of the water is relatively large. The electric conductivity and COD are linear, and the regression equation of the water quality ear ly warning model is = 0.354+ 0.(2) Taking the water of Reservoir of Qingshan Lak as the object and Taking the temperature, conductivity, pH, concentration as the research target, Analys ising the main factors of rich nutrition of Reservoir of Qingshan Lak and assessing eutrophication of Reservoir of Qingshan Lak by the method of comprehensive index of nutrition. Chla, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, transparency and chemical oxygen demand were the dominant factors in the eutrophication of the lake. The water quality of Reservoir of Qingshan Lake is in mild or moderate eutrophication in January, March, July, September and The water quality changes between nutritional eutrophication and moderate eutrophication in May, November, eutrophication is more serious.(3) According to the research results of water quality evaluation at home and abroad, the water quality of the reservoir was evaluated by using the method of WQI about Principal component analysis,coefficient of variation, over standard multiple weight and average weight.The result shows:The single factor index of COD and NH3-N in the Reservoir of Qingshan Lake reachedⅡand conform to the requirements of the Reservoir of Qingshan Lake water quality functional grade;The single factor labeling index of TP、TN、Chla was more than three types of water quality which was the main pollutant;The calculation results of the comprehensive water quality identification index method are same based on the principal component analys is and the average weight.
