The continuous development of economy brought about a lot of changes in China. For example, national income rises ceaselessly and people’s consumption ability grows. Consumption structure and demand also tremendous changes, people’s demand of consumption shifts from meeting the basic survival needs to the needs for self-actualization. The life space and lifestyle of people has diversified. Mass consumption has been unable to generalize this richness. At the same time as the quality style of life improves, people place more emphasizes on the pursuit of individuality and personality, choosing clothing and apparel which suit their distinctive style and are able to integrate into their own social fashion and culture. The rise of consumption demand for personality requires the fashion design to break the long-standing and inherent design pattern and train of thought which is too simplex. A modle just like a line.It should be steered toward a more correlative and comprehensive network model.In addition, the whole world becomes a global village because of the advanced technology. With the high and new technology, the world economy will develop in a system, which leads to the formation of an economic integration. Particularly, under the impact of the financial crisis, many international enterprises begin to attack China’s domestic market, some famous clothing brands have seized the market share, implemented brand expansion, speeding up the process of localization. And with the development of information technology, sound and perfect clothing information system has been widely used in western developed countries for the development of fashion design which has provided a favorable guarantee. This has a direct impact on the development of local clothing brands. In some Chinese cities, especially those coastal economically developed city, costume design pattern also gradually break through the original single business mode.This article takes the domestic and foreign clothing design mode research for chance, aiming to expand the inherent design ideas and train of thought, to promote the development of new design pattern. It has an analysis of fast fashion brand clothing design pattern, personalized clothing design pattern, DIY under the concept of green clothing design model and animation combines elements of clothing design pattern. Based on these new patterns, this article carries on the comprehensive theory analysis and integration, in order to learn from others. Try to strengthen innovation, under continuous integration of the national culture a plurality, to develop the personality of Chinese costume design.
