Based on the mainly performance research of the micron grade bamboo charcoal powder, through the way of production of masterbatch and PA66 polyamide slicing blend spinning, was prepared with a certain function of PA66 / bamboo charcoal powder mixed filament.Firstly we researched and discussed the impact of bamboo charcoal powder particle size and adding quantity to PA66 / bamboo charcoal composite material.Study of the ultraviolet-visible Abs absorbance, reflectivity, DSC/TG thermal analysis and thermal insulation performance of the PA66 / bamboo charcoal mixing modified material with different content bamboo charcoal, the following conclusions: To join the micron grade of bamboo charcoal powder can obviously enhanced the uv protection level to full protection level of the PA66 / bamboo charcoal powder mixed materials;Light reflection and thermal stability is reduced; With Comprehensive analysis,the bamboo charcoal powder proportion of conventional uv protection products should controlled in 1% ~ 5%. Application of the conclusion of the study, we prepareded PA66 base color masterbatch with 30% bamboo charcoal powder and select the suitable polyamide fiber spinning process, mixed PA66 / bamboo charcoal powder masterbatch and PA66 slice with screw machine press, and prepareded filament with 3.3%, 4.3% and 6%content of bamboo charcoal powder.Observely the three filament with electron microscope we can see that, cross section has grooves and holes, and a bamboo charcoal particles embedded, longitudinal grooves, surface smooth; determine the existence of bamboo charcoal in the filament with infrared spectroscopy; According to the the intensity of the absorption peak at wave number 1125 cm- 1, can verifiable the amount of carbon powder joined in filament.Study the basic physical properties of three filaments like strong stretching performance态rheological properties, etc, to establish the corresponding relationship,and get the filament(102.44 Tex / 36 f) which bamboo charcoal content is 4.3%,the mechanics comprehensive performance is best; Based on the test of the uv protective properties of, conductive and heat preservation performance of fabric woven by three filament, determine that all of the three kinds of fabrics, UPF were greater than 50, uv protection performance is good that can be called ultraviolet prevention products; Conductive performance enhancing surface resistance is not greater than 2.7 Ɨ106 ?/m2, three kinds of fabric can be applied in the workplaces containing flammable matter; Fabric has significant thermal effect.Comprehensive the above results, quantity of bamboo charcoal in blending yarn controlled in 4.3% can achieve the best performance, production can be considered.
