At present,our country has a more comprehensive health standard for acceptance of raw milk,and nutritional safety standards are lacking in many of the indicators of metal elements in milk, Our country for different regions and different seasons of fresh milk for common alkali metal and alkaline earth metal ions(Ca, Mg, Na, and k) range of real content hasn’t exactly data, and fresh milk contents of Ca, Mg, Na and k ions whether has the difference to the different area and different season has not been a relevant research, Actual amount should be added to the four metal ions which have an impact on the dairy business’ s raw milk in the production of the late, and also disadvantageous to national regulatory quality and safety of raw milk. Under this background, synthesis actual situation, This article contrasts has analyzed the present domestic’s two common trace detected method:F-AAS flame atomic absorption, ICP-MS Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, and 3 common types of pre-processing,and by optimizing the experimental conditions,Ultimately determined by dry ashing-flame atomic absorption spectrometry To studies Daqing, Qiqihar, Harbin, Heihe four different areas of Heilongjiang Province, the fall, in winter two season’s four metallic ion content of the calcium, the magnesium, the sodium, the potassium in raw milk. The experimental result indicated that:Average content ranges of Ca, Mg, Na and k ions in autumn raw milk of Heilongjiang province as follows : 113.53±10.04 mg/100 g 、 10.57±0.67 mg/100 g 、 40.44±4.94 mg/100 g 、141.17±7.58 mg/100g;Average content ranges of Ca, Mg, Na and k ions in winter raw milk of Heilongjiang province as follows: 142.77±5.17 mg/100 g 、11.62±0.67 mg/100 g 、47.08±3.43 mg/100 g 、151.22±3.79 mg/100 g 。Different regions, Daqing area raw milk Ca, Mg, Na, K ion is significantly higher than the average content of Harbin, Qiqihar, heihe raw milk three areas of Ca, Mg, Na, K average ion content(P < 0.05); autumn in Harbin region, Qiqihar region, and Heihe region which Ca, Mg, Na, K ion in raw milk average content difference not remarkable(P>0.05); winter in Harbin Mg ion content of raw milk was significantly higher than Qiqihar and Heihe region’s Mg ion content(P < 0.05),and difference in Qiqihar and Heihe two regions raw milk not remarkable for Mg ion in average content(P>0.05).Different seasons, three areas in Harbin, Qiqihar and Heihe which Ca, Mg, Na, the K ion average content in raw milk in winter obviously is higher than the summer(P<0.05);k ions content in raw milk showed difference not significantly(P>0.05) in Daqing’s Autumn and winter, and the average content of Ca, Mg and Na ions in winter was significantly higher than in summer(P<0.05).
