According to market research, our country to occupy half of the country the world polyester filament production, the chemical fiber filament production enterprises are facing rising labor costs and other market pressure, urgent needs of filament winding machine more than 40000 Taiwan National equipped with automatic doffing, rolling automation device stack, to replace the manual operation. The automatic falling R & D paper tube device and on the cylinder, there will be progress in favor of polyester filament production technology in China and industrial upgrading, to reduce the chemical fiber filament production labor cost, ensure the chemical fiber winding filament product quality uniformity and stability, and can meet the needs of the domestic market, participate in international market competition.This paper first reviews the development status of domestic and international chemical fiber filament automatic doffing, stacking equipment.
