With the development of microwave chemistry, the microwave radiation technology as a special kind of synthesis technology, heat evenly, high efficiency, short synthesis time, low energy consumption, the advantages of high reaction yield, simple process equipment, and they are widely used in the field of chemical synthesis in recent years has great value in research. Ascorbic acid zinc as a new type of antioxidant, and vitamin C, zinc additives. Has the advantages of synthetic method is simple, simple process equipment. In this paper to study the new material basic zinc carbonate and ascorbic acid were synthesized under the condition of water bath heating regular ascorbic acid zinc influence factors, also is mainly studied in microwave radiation technology applied in the synthesis of ascorbic acid zinc.This thesis mainly includes the following two aspects:Under the condition of the conventional water bath heating, with ascorbic acid and basic zinc carbonate and ascorbic acid and zinc oxide as reaction materials, deionized water as solvents, synthetic food additives and nutrition enhancer ascorbic acid zinc. Explored the reaction temperature, reaction time, proportioning, ion water fight bad blood acid zinc production rate and the effect of the use of the Design of Expert software on the yield of reaction temperature, reaction time and mixture ratio analysis to optimize the alkali type zinc carbonate process conditions for the reaction temperature 61 ℃, ingredients than 0.138:1, the reaction time of 1.89 h, about 20 ml to ionic water, confirmatory experiments on this condition, get the ascorbic acid zinc production rate could reach 80%;Zinc oxide process conditions for reaction temperature 60 ℃, charge ratio 1:2. 3, the reaction time of 120 min, about 15 ml to ionic water, confirmatory experiments on this condition, obtains ascorbic acid zinc production rate can reach 77%.Under the condition of microwave radiation, with ascorbic acid and alkali type material zinc carbonate, deionized water as solvents, synthetic additives ascorbic acid zinc. Explored the reaction temperature, reaction time, ingredients than n(basic zinc carbonate) : n(ascorbic acid), and the radiation power of the ion water fight bad blood acid zinc production rate and the effect of using the Design- Expert8.05 software analysis of reaction temperature, reaction time and the ingredients is optimized process conditions for reaction temperature 60 ℃, ingredients than 0.14:1, the reaction time of 35 min, to ion water for about 20 ml, under the condition of the verification experiment, get the ascorbic acid zinc production rate can reach 90.39%, at the same time using infrared spectrum analysis(IR), elemental analysis(EA), thermogravimetric analysis(TG), EDTA coordination method, the molecular structure of target product, element content, characterization of crystallization water content, get the basic characteristics of the target product, test results show that the synthesis of ascorbic acid zinc purity as high as 98%.The purity of food additives standard.For preparation of the antioxidant effect of ascorbic acid zinc and solubility werestudied, the results showed that ascorbic acid zinc is similar to ascorbic acid calcium,has strong antioxidant properties, and the lower cost of zinc supplementation, VC products.
