In nature, there is no single absolute sense pollution.Integrated pollution often exhibit complex features and associated properties, that is, ultimately forming a complex interaction of various pollutants pollution. By leaching of acid rain, and a series of physical and chemical sedimentation effects can affect the chemical nature and activity of Cd, both of the living conditions of the common cause further deterioration of urban landscape plants. Plants are the main terrestrial ecosystems. Plants are both victims of environmental pollution, but also to improve the environmental defenders. Environmental pollution is a serious threat to security and stability in landing ecosystem. Faced increasingly severe environmental pressures and heavy metals from acid rain pollution,Finding an anti-acid rain and heavy metals Cd Combined Pollution landscaping plants and exploring their complex physiological and ecological responses to pollution, so as to achieve the purpose of repairing the environment.Hosta ventricosa is Liliaceae Hosta, perennial herb, also known as purple calyx, mainly in the west, east and other regions. Its leaves and flowers have ornamental value and it can withstand strong environmental pollution. It has been used in environmental remediation and it is the restoration of heavy metal contaminated soils and acid rain ideal plant material. Therefore, combination of acid rain and heavy metal pollution in the southwestern region characteristics, researching conducted on Hosta ventricosa pollution is undoubtedly a very important practical significance. In order to know the effects of acid rain and Cd combined pollution on physiological and ecological aspects Hosta ventricosa, we used the Hosta ventricosa seeds, seedlings and seedling as materials in the test, to research different pH gradients were 6.5,5.5,4.5,3.5,2.5 simulated acid rain and different concentration Cd 0、10、30、50、100 mg/kg role to the three growth stages of Hosta ventricosa. This provides the option of repairing plants Cd contaminated soil acid rain background and function of urban vegetation ecosystem restoration provides an important reference value. The results are as follows:1、Effects of Combined pollution on the seed germination of Hosta ventricosa. With the increase of the composite stress intensity, Hosta ventricosa seed germination rate and germination potential overall showing a downward trend under the combined pollution on the seed germination. However, abnormal germination rate rise. Effects of high concentrations of Cd and high strength composite simulated acid rain treatment on Hosta ventricosa performance was particularly prominent. Whether it is a low concentration of Cd was higher pH of acid rain, will Hosta ventricosa seed germination exhibit catalytic role.2、Effects of Combined pollution on the seedlings of Hosta ventricosaUnder simulated acid rain and Cd pollution treatment complex, Chlorophyll content of Hosta ventricosa seedlings showed declining trend. Soluble protein content and soluble sugar content first rise and then decline.CAT and POD activity showed a decreasing trend after the first increases, while SOD activity continued to increase. Simulated acid rain and Cd interaction significantly (P<0.05), and Cd is the main factor causing Grimmia Hosta Physiological changes.3、Effects of Combined pollution on the vegetative growth of Hosta ventricosaHosta ventricosa leaf necrotic area with increasing stress intensity increases, chlorophyll content showed a continuous downward trend, soluble protein content and soluble sugar content decreased after the first overall upward trend; SOD and CAT activity showed increases after the first cut small overall trend, while POD activity showed continued increasing trend; while O-2· generation rate, H2O2 content and MDA content in the overall upward trend. Throughing analysis Interactions and main effects of each treatment and found that the interaction between acid rain and Cd are significant. Performance of synergy between them, Cd is the main factor affecting the physiological changes Hosta ventricosa leaves.
