As a country that extremely lack of water resource, to popularize controlling of the gross industrial wastewater and “Zero emission” is a strategic decision of the government on the basis of analyzing countrywide environmental layout,sustainable development,and general control of the gross contamination.It is a general project to make our society environment-friendly, energy-secure and resources-sustainable. To make this happen, the key guarantee is to disposal the industrial wastewater efficiently and to excogitate new process.Xinjing region is lack of water resource the whole area.It’s very important to use efficient measures to complete the Zero emission project as a supporting part of industrial production.This article introduces the current situation of the main disposal technics of the wastewater zero emission, includes physical-chemical treatment technology, biochemical treatment technology, membrane treatment technology, advanced treatment technology and the practices worldwide.It introduces the current wastewater treatment and the water quality of Tarim petrochemical company.This article studies on the quality and amount of wastewater, clean water, desalted water and circulating water, works out the best processing technology and utility scheme.It takes full advantage of the current treatment plant, improves the efficiency of the wastewater treating process and equipments,then gives out the feasible proposed projects.
