The Volume Fracturing Surface Matching Technology Of Horizontal Wells On Tight Oil Of Longdong Oilfield

With the development of tight oil reservoir, conventional fracturing has been unable to meet the needs of stimulation, and volume fracturing has attracted increasing people’s attention as an effective development measure. For oilfield stimulation and sustainable production,Changqing Oilfield Company has implemented horizontal well volume fracturing in Longdong oilfield. There have been many difficulties and problems of horizontal well volume fracturing for Longdong oilfield with tight oil, such as the occupation of resources, long construction period, long construction time, large labor intensity, long continuous pump injection time, construction risk and so on, so the further research has been needed.For horizontal well volume fracturing in Longdong oilfield with tight oil, this paper proposes different scale and different processes volume fracturing organization model and supporting technology to establish a complete set of volume fracturing ground supporting programs and engineering technical support method, so that shorten the construction period and achieve the efficient operation efficiency.First, this paper introduces placing wellsite standardization program and construction materials distribution in order to continuous and fast construction. Then the research and development of the direct compounded volume fracturing fluid and recyclable clean fracturing fluid formula can establish a good guarantee for multi-stage and multiple construction water of volume fracturing. By optimizing the volume fracturing pump injection system, the paper proposes wellhead injection device, high and low pressure manifold, large displacement liquid supply program, turn injection pump skid, swelling tank, control system of main pressure car and acquisition system of construction parameter to guarantee continuous construction. Finally,research of remote experts command and optimization of safety construction technique can establish a safety and technical support for large and continuous construction.
