Ignition is a key process in the process of ISC, The “ignition “is the low temperature to the high temperature under the condition of a certain temperature and the intensity of gas injection, when it to spontaneous combustion point lead to combustion.Different crude oil and reservoir properties need different ignition process. The Du 66 reservoir has entered the stage of pilot, the crude oil oxidation properties, the reaction rate, the thermal effect on the relationship between the reservoir temperature, gas injection pressure is no clear, reservoir properties is lack of theoretical basis on the fuel distribution and air supply in raising reservoir temperature in the process of spontaneous combustion point temperature is reached. It is necessary through the indoor experiment and theoretical analysis of the chemical and physical properties of crude oil and ignition basis parameters for further research.During the laboratory experiments, Simulated under the condition of different temperature-pressure du 66 heavy oil in different stages of oxidation reaction in the process of ignition,in the process of reaction temperature, pressure, gas composition before and after the reaction, The rheological properties of crude oil and crude oil component change law were studied.Research shows that: Du 66 heavy oil and air oxidation reaction can be divided into low temperature oxidation reaction(65℃-240℃) and high temperature oxidation reaction(above 260℃) in two stages, Among Low temperature oxidation reaction stages including add oxygen polymerization phase(65℃-170℃) and asphaltene deposition phase(190℃-240℃).In sum up foreign successful isc project site information and based on the empirical formula of scholars both at home and abroad. For fuel consumption prediction model, air requirement forecasting model, oxygen utilization equation revised; According to the grey correlation analysis method to establish the injection volume split equation. And according to the actual situation of du 66 reservoir for correction and the establishment of model are analyzed.
