Heterocyclic compound is very broad in nature. Many pharmacological value substances belong to heterocyclic compound, and in this compounds, nitrogenous heterocyclic are very important. In this paper, we mainly foused on investigation the synthesis of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound. The article is divided into five parts:Firstly, acylhydrazones not only have a good chemical reactivity characteristics as hydrazides, but also because of its structure no longer containing an amino group, which can effectively reduce the toxicity. It is very necessary to increase acylhydrazones applied research. In this section we summarize the research progress of the acylhydrazones, and mainly foused on recent developments in the chemistry of acylhydrazones as electrophiles.Secondly, isoquinoline derivatives are important structural unit of many natural product, which have a very valuable application value. We firstly summarized the traditional method of synthesis isoquinolines, and then improved these methods, which developed a new way to synthesize the skeleton compounds.Thirdly, we successfully attempted the reactions of N-(2-alkynylbenzylidene)hydrazids catalyzed by silver acetate, which expand the types of heterocyclic compounds. In this reaction, the procedure is facile, mild, efficient and environmentally friendly. It opened up new ideas for further construction of small molecule compounds.Next, taking into account the importance of spiro compounds, we expect N-(2-alkynylbenzylidene)hydrazids could translate into spiro substances catalyzed by palladium. The experiment has been made in the preliminary results, further research is still in progress. Finally, there is a brief introduction to the cyclization reaction of benzaldehyde oxime with a alkyne ester, and further work is in progress.
