In this dissertation, polyacrylonitrile fiber as substrate a material was modified with amines. The corresponding supported catalysts were prepared by the reaction of modified fiber with metal salts. Then the catalysts were applied to remove reactive dyes and acid dyes in aqueous solution; In addition, the application of amino functional fibers in the adsorption of metal ions was preliminarily discussed.Firstly, a series of functional fiber based on polyacrylonitrile were synthetized by amination reaction with modified reagents, which can generate amino and amidoxime groups The modified fiber complexed with ferri ion getting catalysts(ED-PANF-Fe, TP-PANF-Fe, PE-PANF-Fe, AO-PANF-Fe). They were applied to degradation of reactive red 195.The surface and internal structure of the modified fiber was analyzed by XRD, SEM, FT-IR, and EDS was operated in order to analyzing the iron content of the catalyst. In addition, the way and effect of removing dyes was studied. The results showed that PANF was successfully modified by polyamines and hydroxylamine hydrochloride. The iron content of TP-PANF-Fe was only 1.12%, while the iron content of AO-PANF-Fe can reach 11.59%. And the final dye removal rates of TP-PANF-Fe, PE-PANF-Fe, ED-PANF-Fe were 98.05%, 90.82%, 31.11% respectively. It owed to the adsorption and catalysis of the catalyst. And the AO-PANF-Fe degraded the dye slowly, the degradation rates could reach 98.8% in 50 min.The catalyst could be recycled 3 times and the degradation rates were still more than 90% which proved that the catalysts had high activity.Secondly, three kinds of Cu supported catalyst were prepared through functional fiber reacting with hydroxylamine, hydrazine hydrate and their mixtures. They were applied to remove acid orange II and methyl orange. In the reaction process, the soaking time and the concentration of copper salt and the stability of catalyst were investigated. The modified PANF and catalysts were characterized by SEM, FT-IR, XRD, EDS, XPS and DSC. The catalytic products and the ways of removing dyes were analyzed The catalysts were applied to catalyze methyl orange and Acid Orange Ⅱ dyes. the optimum conditions were 5 h and 0.35 mol/L respectively. While the catalyst showed good stability in the pH>4 environment. The content of copper on the surface of the catalysts was: Cu-AO-PANF>Cu-M-PANF>Cu-HA-PANF. The catalytic activities of the supported catalysts was : Cu-AO-PANF>Cu-M-PANF>Cu-HA-PANF. The removal rates of Cu-AO-PANF could reach about 90% at 10 min and could be recycled several timesHere, three kinds of the amine modified fiber reacted with chloroacetic acid to get amino acid type of modified acrylic fiber(PANEDF-AC,PANTPF-AC,PANPEF-AC). The content of metal ions was analyzed with AAS and EDS.It showed that amine modified polyacrylonitrile fiber for heavy metal ions had certain adsorption. The adsorption capacity of Ag+ can reached 33.5 mg/g, 1.4 mg/g and 0.3 mg/g, respectively. It was a potential metal ion adsorbent.
