This study was designed to investigate the effects of enrofloxacin and albendazole on the activities of soil enzymes in soils and antioxidant enzymes in earthworms, can provide a theoretical basis, using the activities of soil enzymes in soils and antioxidant enzymes in earthworms to evaluate soil on enrofloxacin and albendazole pollution levels.1. The effects of EFLX and ABZ on antioxidant enzymes in earthworms were investigated by artificial soil methods. The result showed that:(1) The low and middle concentrations of EFLX activated the activities of SOD and POD,and the high concentrations of EFLX were activated the activities of SOD and POD then inhibition. EFLX were activated the activities of CAT and GST then inhibition. EFLX activated the contents of MDA.(2) ABZ were inhibitied the activities of SOD. 600mg/kg treatment were inhibitied the activities of POD. The high concentrations of ABZ were inhibitied the activities of CAT. The middle and high concentrations of ABZ were inhibitied the activities of GST. ABZ activated the contents of MDA.(3) When EFLX at 50 mg/kg, it could decrease the toxicity of 600 mg/kg ABZ on POD activity, When EFLX combined with ABZ, it could decrease the toxicity of ABZ on CAT activity,however, other treatments, it could increase the toxicity of EFLX on POD, SOD, GST activities and MDA content.2. The effects of EFLX and ABZ on soil enzyme activities were investigated by nature soil methods. The result showed that:(1) 50 mg/kg of EFLX activated the activities of soil urease. 250 mg/kg of EFLX inhibitied the activities of soil phosphatase. The low concentrations of EFLX were activated the activities of soil catalase then inhibition. The high concentrations of EFLX were activated the activities of soil phosphatase and soil catalase. The middle and high concentrations of EFLX inhibitied the activities of soil urease. EFLX were inhibitied the activities of soil invertase.(2) The low and middle concentrations of ABZ were inhibitied the activities of soil invertase, and the high concentrations of ABZ were activated the activities of soil invertase. ABZ were inhibitied the activities of soil phosphatase then activation. ABZ were activated theactivities of soil catalase then inhibition. ABZ were activated the activities of soil urease.(3) When EFLX at 5 000 mg/kg, it could decrease the toxicity of ABZ on soil catalase,however, other treatments, it could increase the toxicity of soil phosphatase, soil invertase, soil catalase and soil urease activities.In summary, GST activity and soil invertase activity could be used as indicators to evaluate soil on EFLX pollution. MDA content and soil phosphatase activity can be used as indicators to evaluate soil on ABZ pollution.
