with the increasing scale of oil exploitation, the soil and groundwater are seriously polluted, and the environment and human health are threatened, so domestic and foreign adopt different methods of treatment and repair technology to solve this problems, but still very difficult to achieve the harmless and resource recovery, so it is very urgent to study the appropriate depth treatment of oil contaminated soil.This paper studies the characteristics of high efficient petroleum degrading bacteria, and coupling the technology of electro-kinetic remediation and microbial inoculum innovatively, exploring a set of depth, the harmless treatment process of oily soil. By applying the electric field to stimulate and strengthen the microorganism, the technology can improve the metabolism of microorganism, thus to promote and strengthen the degradation rate of petroleum hydrocarbons in the soil. The feasibility and advantages are as follows:(1) 5 highly efficient petroleum hydrocarbon degrading bacteria were screened out from oil contaminated soil and identified by morphological and physiological and biochemical tests. The results showed that H-1 and H-2 belong to Plesionmonas sp., H-3 belongs to Pseudomonas sp., H-4 belongs to Zoogloea sp., H-5 belongs to Bacillus sp.(2) Through laboratory simulation test to investigate applied electric field and no electric field in the processing optimization of oily soil conditions, and the optimum process conditions are electrode material for graphite electrode, transmission mode for in-line, electric field intensity is 1V/cm, which is 100V/m.(3) The effect of electric field and microbial interaction was significantly higher than that of pure microbial treatment or pure electric field treatment, and the effect of coupling is 90.02%, which is higher24.21% than the highest value of microbial treatment(65.81%), and higher45.31% than the highest value of pure electric field(44.71%).(4) The positive and negative effects of the electrode of the electric field are not significantly affected by the treatment. The oil removal rate of bacterium agent one up to 83.71%, bacteria agent two and bacteria agent three are 82.31% and 81.73%, respectively. There is no obvious difference between the treatment effect and the direction of the electric field, which the oil removal rate is only increases by about 1%.(5) The effect of coupling combined with surfactant and pile up treatment is remarkable. Oil content of 2% of oil contaminated soil drop rate is as high as 95.1%, oil content of 5% of oil contaminated soil drop rate is 94.8%, which is above 94%. While the oil content of 10% and 15% the highest oil drop rate is 86.21%, 84.07%. The drop rate of oil content of 2% is higher 8.89% and 11.03% than oil content of 10% and 15%, respectively, so the technology is suitable for the treatment of low oil content in the soil.
