The textile industry,as one of the pillar industries of the national economy,developed rapidly in the 21 st century.It makes the growth of country’s economy,but at the same time it also has an adverse impact on the surrounding environment.More strict requirements on energy conservation from both related national environment department and local environment protection department,much more public attention and media exposure give unprecedented pressure to the whole dyeing enterprise.However dyeing enterprise often do not have profound knowledge about technology of the organic waste gas purification treatment, so it is difficult to select an equipment which is for dyeing enterprise.Based on the above,this paper will take a dyeing setting workshop in Xianyang for exam- ple.Major work will put on the workshop environment, exhaust gas treatment technology and equipment integration and innovation.To achieve the goal of comprehensive treatment of orga- organic waste gas in the dyeing setting workshop,the research work will be carried out as follows:Firstly,by comparing and analyzing from the operation mechanism,applicability and relia- bility of organic waste treatment technology,the preliminary design of the heat recovery water separator tertiary purification treatment process for dyeing shop organic waste gas purification has been summarized.It also can provide a reference to dyeing enterprise for selecting the orgnic waste gas purification device,this can reduce economic losses due to the wrong selection of purification technology.Secondly,be directed against harmful substances disordered distributing problem in dyeing workshop,in order to reduce exhaust gas residence time,and to achieve comprehensive management of waste gas,displacement ventilation is been used,because it can enhance the effects of air entrainment when airflow produced by heat source rising.The software FLUENT is used to simulate flow field, temperature field, concentration field of organic waste gas,then we can draw a conclusion that the appropriate air velocity is 6.5m/s.Thirdly,on the choice of energy saving for organic waste gas heat recovery,heat pipe heat recovery device is been chose.Measures including that the installation of automatic cleaning filters at exhaust gas imports, coating the hydrophilic substances on heat pipesurface, the wall temperature is higher than the dew point temperature of the gas fumes,using rotary and tilting installation for easy removal and so on have been taken to reduce soot condensation adhesion,so that to improve the efficiency of the heat pipe heat recovery.According to heat status of workshop,the steam humidifier is installed to improve heat recovery further.Finally,under the premise that to meet the requirements of purification technology,we should improve equipment integration. Though economic analysis between spray washing with electrostatic dust removal and spray washing with photo-catalytic oxidation,the author draws ta conclusion that spray washing with electrostatic dust removal can not only save initial investment,but also reduce the cost for equipment operation and maintenance.
