In this paper, on the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign research, using the ANSYS software to carry out a simulation study of the inside air flow state of main nozzle of air jet loom, the process of weft weft cited by the stress state and humidity around the environmental impact of air jet loom. Before this study, a textile mill in Xi’an province was investigated, and the test site was selected. According to the actual situation of the workshop, the main nozzle of Tsuda Ko company was determined.First, through the test analysis of a textile mill in Xi’an, we chose the ZAX-e model of the jet loom main nozzle, using Solid Works software to model the main nozzle, the application of ANSYS-FLUENT software to make a simulation analysis of the main nozzle inside the velocity field and pressure field based on 0.5MPa~0.7MPa pressure conditions.Found that the speed with which the main nozzle inlet pressure is greater, can produce negative pressure is greater, in main nozzle core outlet and guide yarn export place can produce. But in the practical work of weft weft insertion can bear force and fabric material quality and working area of temperature and humidity, so it is necessary to consider the results and determine the size of the gas pressure.Secondly, according to the actual needs, combined with simulation of main nozzle airflow, using Fliud flow(CFX) +Static structural of ANSYS software to make the simulation of fluid solid coupling,based on 0.5MPa and 0.6MPa, 0.7MPa air pressure within the main nozzle of force. Discovery:(1) When the gas pressure is 0.7MPa, polyester cotton yarn by the maximum stress exceeds the thorn can withstand the maximum allowable stress, so in the weft insertion may will be broken weft fault, so 0.7MPa air pressure can not meet the needs of actual work.(2) In the range of 0.4MPa~0.55 MPa, the maximum stress of the polyester cotton yarn is not more than the maximum allowable stress, and the working pressure can be used to meet the needs of actual relay.Finally, based on the temperature and humidity requirements of the work area of the weaving workshop, the temperature and humidity field and velocity field of the local air supply environment around the air jet loom are studied. When the use of 26 degrees,0.7m/s, 90% of the wind conditions, found:(1) Heat production in the air-jet loom at the same time, the cloth region can be well maintained at 26.2±0.1 degrees, air inlet can also very good away part of the loom thermogenesis.(2) Wind speed at cloth work zone speed dropped to below 0.41m/s, airflow organization is well covering the loom working surface,at the same time, airflow organization is well maintenance around the loom speed environment, it is also very well inhibition of the loom in the dust diffusion, returning air away part of the dust to guarantee the cleanness of environment of air around the loom and beneficially to improve the fabric quality.(3) When the humidity in the reach cloth humidity range at about 69.4%~79.7%,can satisfy the requirement of humidity 68%-80%.
