From the spective of industry and biochemistry, peracetic acid is an important chemical substances. In the cases of industry and others, they simply are involved in the reaction as radical initiators, bleaching agents, Oxidants and disinfectants. In vivo, they are usually associated with aging and various diseases, and also benefits in intracellular signal transduction and other regulatory functions. However, present methods for peroxy acids analysis usually suffered from selectivity issues, with H2O2 represent a major interference.In a variety of detection methods,molecular fluorescent probes which as a mean of detection of changing the intermolecular role of microscopic signal into fluorescent macroscopic signal have good selectivity, high sensitivity, operation simple, strong visibility, little cell damage and so on. At present, the technology has become an important tool for real-time detection at the molecular level and an indispensable tool in the research process of cytology and biology.According to the above content, design synthesis of molecule fluorescent probes which can detect the organism peroxyacid and explores its application in fluorescence detection, fluorescence imaging and other aspects in this thesis. As follows:1. An intracellular fluorescent probe toward the detection of peroxyacid with good selectively and fast response was designed, synthesized and characterized. Fluorescent probe N, N-dimethyl-5-amino acenaphthene quinone can happen Baeyer-Villiger reaction generated 4-dimethylamine-1,8-naphthalene anhydride, resulting in significant change of fluorescence spectrum occured. Fluorescent probe was synthesized by multistep reactions, and fluorescent probe through infrared spectrometer and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectrometer and characterizing the mass spectrometer, product validation synthesis is needed for fluorescent probe.2. The fluorescent probe has a good response for detecting peroxyacid. Using fluorescence spectrum experiment study of the nature, found that the fluorescence probe has the advantages of good selectivity,high sensitivity for acid peroxide,MCF-7 cell was utilized in further biological experiments for intracellular detection of peroxyacid and visualization in real-time tracking. The fluorescence effect is obvious, is expected to be used in medicine.
