Currently the application of nanofibers is increasing, there are many ways to the preparation of ultrafine composite fibers, where lower cost and effective way is to electrospinning method. By electrospinning method were ultrafine composite fibers not only along with the substrate and filled with PPD’s performance, and will feature a good mix of both together, as the polymer matrix composite materials to expand the vast space. In this paper, based on cellulose acetate (CA) as the matrix material, electrostatic spinning preparation of chitosan/cellulose acetate composite fiber membrane, and its corresponding solution properties, mechanical properties, antibacterial properties was studied.Firstly, to determine the concentration of the spinning solution of cellulose acetate pure, acetone and dimethylacetamide (DMAc) in the volume ratio 4:1 mixture of the composition as a solvent to dissolve the CA, CA select three concentrations electrostatic spinning, the results showed that when the concentration increased to 6wt% CA, the oval bead is walking along the fiber axis tensile, the number of the obtained fiber increased and considerable length, thus to determine the optimal concentration of 6wt% when electrospun composite fiber of CA in this case the process of electrospinning voltage control 15kv, the receiving distance and ejection rate were 10cm and 1.0ml/h.Then select the reagents dissolve chitosan is 50% acetic acid, and PEO chitosan mass ratio 9:1,8:2,5:5 mixture of the composition were prepared at a concentration of 1wt%, 2wt%,3wt% of spinning silk was carried out electrostatic spinning, spinning process and to take a common jet spun cellulose acetate, and then spun chitosan spinning solution of cellulose acetate fiber composite was prepared two ways up, the results show a common injection optimum voltage is 13kv, the flow rate of 1.0ml/h, receiving distance 10cm; the latter process, cellulose acetate membrane preparation parameters voltage 15kv, the flow rate of 1.0ml/h, receiving distance 10cm. Chitosan fiber membrane preparation parameters for voltage 13kv, the flow rate of 0.5ml/h, the latter process for the preparation of composite fiber membranes longer time-consuming.Finally, the composite fiber membranes were prepared by two processes by scanning electron microscopy, infrared spectroscopy and other properties were characterized. The results show that co-injection process of electrospinning a composite fiber membrane obtained, the fibrous structure arrangement effect, the fiber surface is smooth and substantially uniform thickness and good film strength of the fibers, but poor antibacterial effect; fiber membranes having an excellent antibacterial effect, CS/PEO ratio of 9:1, the antimicrobial properties of the composite fiber membranes prepared in the best, but the load is relatively low intensity.
