With the development of oil field,Most field have access to high water cut, duing to the Presence of anisotropy strata, the oil recovery dropped significantly.Oil well exelusion of Water and injection well injection profile controlling has been the important measure of enhancing recovery of crude oil. Espceially toward strict oil wel, A new polymer gel with high-temperature resistance and high plugging agent was successfully synthesized. When touching water,the water shut off agent will swell. In high temperature and concentration brine,the expansion ratio is yet higher. The particle profile control technique can improve the whole block, having the characteristics of good flexibility, well economical efficiency. It can improve the sweeping coefficient of injeeting water and ameliorate water injeeting Profile Of stratum. so it can improve the recovery of crude oil.This paper takes the 2-Acrylamido-2-Methylpropane Sulfonic Acid(AMPS), Sodium p-styrenesulfonate(SSS), polyethylene glycol (PEG-8000), Bentonite as the main raw material, divinylbenzene as crosslinking agent. The study showed that the polymer gel was best when the concentration of monomer is 30%, the quality of AMPS and SSS ratio of 7:3, the concentration of PEG is 10%, the concentration of bentonite is 10%, the concentration of crosslinker is 0.8%, the pH value is 6~7, the reaction temperature is 65℃.take good performance resin prepared to meet the practical use.The morphology structure and temperature resistant of the polymer gel were characterized by infrared, scanning electron microscope, thermogravimetric analysis. The results showed that the surface of the gel was porous network, which may be the reason that the polymer gel can absorb water, the FT-IR results showed that the polymerization reaction did happen. The TG showed that the polymer had good heat resistance performance.The result of core flooding experiment show that water shutoff agent have better Performance of thermo-stability,good injection, depressing the Permeability of high infiltrative stratum, having a high blockingrate,modifying water the Profile well, increasing the volumetric sweep efficieney of injecting water. In the core experiment stemming ratio is over 95% and breakthrough pressure is over 2MPa. Through the use of ethanol and glycerol as the carrier fluid complex, The carry system should be safe for the gel.On the basis of laboratory experiment, the enlargement test and pilot experiment research has been proceeded successfully, The product produced by the optimum production technique show stable performance and the pilotscale experiment test also p rovides the basic informations for industrial production.
