Photochromic materials had good application prospect,which was widely applied in information storage, resin lenses, anti-counterfeiting materials and other fields. Naphthopyran compounds had attracted more and more attention for their good optical response properties and thermal stability.The surface of materiasl with excellent water and oil repellence were demanded.In this paper, the photochromic materials and Silicone and fluoropolymer materials was combined in order that the common substrate not only had the photochromic properties but also had a good self-cleaning,It enhanced the practicality of material and made it had a wider application field.Using 4,4’-dimethylbenzophenone,sodium acetylide and succinate as main raw materials,a photochromic compound was synthesized through a series of reaction.The yield can be improved through the process of optimizing the synthesis step.Its chemical structure was characterized by 1HNMR and IR, The absorption spectra of the target compound was studied by UV-vis and photochromic properties was researched.The paper had studied and analyzed photochromic material color properties in the detailed through the different environmental media illumination time, solvent type, compound concentration and other factors and the fatigue properties were measured.Using three different isocyanates, perfluoro polyether polyol and 3-triethoxysilyl-1-propanamine (KH550) as the main raw materials,three kinds of fluorine and silicone polymer were designed and synthesized through a series of reaction.The chemical structure was characterized by 1HNMR and IR.The reaction and test condition were optimized in order to achieve the better hydrophobic and oleophobic performance.The result showed that the hydrophobic and oleophobic properties of the product obtained from 3-Isocyanatopropyl trimethoxysilane and PFPEP reaction were the best.The optimal synthesis and test condition were using dibutyltin dilaurate as catalyst and under the 50 ℃ reaction condition for 7h.The product was dissolved in 0.3% HFE-7100 solution and added 0.5% concentrated hydrochloric acid to hydrolyze,evenly sprayed on the glass plate under 150℃ dried for 3 hours.The water contact angle was 114.5° and the n-Hexadecane contact angle was 65.1°.The hydrophobic and oleophobic performance was excellent.Combining the naphthopyran compounds with fluorine and silicone coating material,then coat it on the glass.The result showed that the glass plate surface not only had excellent hydrophobic properties, but also had good photochromic properties.
