The Application Of Cubism In Clothing Structure Design

With the rapid development of our economy and society, people’s material life has been greatly enriched, for clothing, consumers by the early use of demand toward the direction of the higher level of quality needs, spiritual needs and cultural needs development. Cubism as a relatively new fashion design thinking, the traditional costume design concept and method for produced a certain impact, the long-term development in the fashion design field also produced far-reaching effect. Enterprises and designers of Cubism clothing also has produced unprecedented attention, ready-made clothes design often appear non conventional structure of the clothing. Cubism clothing its shape because of the emphasis of the stereoscopic design of clothing design elements was proposed, which combines the deconstruction of the anti symmetric, anti conventional, detached garments have been the rule and order, caused by structural contradictions and conflicts, so that clothing becomes more and more alternative, avantgarde.This paper systematically analyzed the influence of cubism in fashion design, for with the innovative design of Cubism style clothing to provide theoretical support from the concept of stereo and cubism. Mainly from the aspects of clothing material, color and shape, such as for stereo method and expression study and do some basic research work as cubism clothing design theory. This article also through detailed interpretation of clothing design examples, summarized the costume designer in the use of Cubist design philosophy of different forms of expression. Research of cubism in the fashion design field has important practical significance, understanding and understanding the development of cubism and the specific form in the clothing design, hand to explore clothing design ideas, on the other hand can enrich the cultural connotation of costume design, from a more comprehensive understanding and the understanding on the application of the Cubist design concept in fashion design.
