In view of the Middle Route Project of South to North Water Diversion upstream in the water source area of the 1002 river river is located in the local tourism scenic spots and mountainous area economic development relative backwardness, farmhouse number is increasing year by year, sewage treatment infrastructure lack and people’s environmental protection consciousness is not strong, resulting in large farmhouse sewage not the governance is directly discharged into the river, making downstream water quality in the water source area of the security issues is becoming more and more serious etc. problems, take effective measures to centralized management of decentralized water, life sewage is the urgent task. This paper selects water upstream hyakuji River as the research object, use of local native ecosystems, research on Soil Infiltration System-level subsurface flow constructed wetland surface flow constructed wetland composition into river ecological buffer barrier pollution reduction technology, and combined ecological floating bed river water body ecological buffer barrier and in situ strengthen pollution reduction technology on the local sewage treatment effect. Through the development of laboratory test and Study on the demonstration project, for the water source area in the upper reaches of the dispersion of point source wastewater centralized treatment and river ecological restoration provide strong theoretical and technical support.For the purification effect of a farm sewage of improved soil infiltration system, by improving the design of the traditional soil infiltration system, achieved good results in laboratory, the average removal rate of COD, NH4+-N, TN and TP reached 82.41%,91.06%,80.12% and 88.59% respectively, sand filter effluent SS the average removal rate reached 85.15%, to overcome the traditional soil infiltration system Ise, low processing load and nitrogen poor effect and other defects; using the combined ecological floating bed sewage treatment of a farmhouse, aquatic plant Canna and spherical plastic packing together constitute the results show that the combined ecological floating bed has a good removal effect on COD, NH4+-N, TN and TP, the removal rate reached 79.71%,73.88%,88.67% and 85.61% respectively, were significantly higher than the control group and the control group of plant matrix. Visible in the combined ecological floating bed, absorbed by the plant roots and filler adsorption and microbial synergistic effect on pollutant removal effect to system outperforms the single and reasonable plant microbe combination to improve the effect of the Nongjiale sewage treatment has a good role in promoting.Pilot demonstration project to deal with the study of farm life sewage showed:(1) the average removal rates of COD, NH4+-N, TN and TP were 78.9%,82.02%,66.39% and 84.68% respectively. (2) a horizontal subsurface flow constructed wetland in HRT for 16h, the COD, NH4+-N, TN and TP average removal rate of 68.21%%,64.56%,49.17% and 55.36%, respectively. In HRT,8h, COD, NH4+-N, on the removal of TN and TP rate respectively is 65.29,61.64%,42.51% and 45.85%. (3) the surface flow wetland in HRT is 21.6h, the average removal of COD, NH4+-N, TN and TP were 51.62%,51.05%, 34.83% and 30.16%. In HRT,10.8h, COD, NH4+-N, on the removal of TN and TP rate respectively is 45.87%,42.70%,31.96 %and 27.98%. (4) combined ecological floating bed in HRT 52h, average removal rate of COD, NH4+-N, TN and TP were 66.46%,50.61% and 49.47% and 48.55%; in HRT for 26h, COD, NH4+-N, TN and TP removal rate were 60.15%,45.13%,44.61% and 43.84%.The soil infiltration system in influent concentration fluctuation, still has a good removal effect on COD, NH4+-N, TN and TP. Add the pool within the sphere packing, wood, iron and zeolite enhanced reaction filler, and the hierarchical layout structure can of sewage in the COD,NH4+-N, TN and TP removal to good effect. Through parallel experiments, the horizontal subsurface flow constructed wetland for removal of TN and TP, the hydraulic retention time long good removal effect. In the removal of COD and NH4+-N, long hydraulic retention time removal rate increase is not obvious, in line with the principle of the best efficiency, horizontal subsurface flow constructed wetlands hydraulic residence time for 8h and the comprehensive efficiency is superior to 16h. Surface flow constructed wetland for pollutants removal effect is inferior to that of bearer of subsurface flow constructed wetlands, the surface flow constructed wetland in long hydraulic retention time, of COD and NH4+-N removal efficiency increases, on the removal rate of TN and TP are not. Combined ecological floating island of COD, NH4+-N, TN and TP have better removal effect, combined ecological floating bed hydraulic residence time in the comprehensive efficiency of 52h is superior to 26h.To carry out soil infiltration-artificial wetland ecological floating bed combination process into the river pollution reduction technology research, using the native ecosystem is of South to North Water Diversion Project water source area of middle route of water quality and safety provides high efficiency, low cost sewage treatment combined process, to ensure the sewage into the river reach of South to North Water Diversion Project water source area of the middle line water quality standard requirements, has the vital significance to the protection of water quality in the water source area security.
